10. Architects shall use one (i) qualified electrical engineer at their own expense; and (ii) sanitation, drainage and water advisers, with the qualifications and experience acquired by the employer to assist them in their work. AND CONSIDERING that the employer wishes to appoint the architects as architects for the aforementioned building (hereinafter referred to as „works in question“) and considering that the architects have accepted the aforementioned date under the following conditions.
