These other conditions must not, however, be contrary to the written contract.5 In addition, extrinsic evidence may lead to the declaration of ambiguities about the front of the contract, but not in cases where the terms of the contract are clear.6 „This contract contains the final and complete agreement and understanding between the parties and constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of its conditions. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and arrangements, whether oral or written, in this context. An entire provision of the Treaty does not exclude a right to misrepresentation, since the refusal of a declaration of contractual force cannot affect the misrepresentation status of the declaration. In the case of complex or high-quality transactions, a full contractual clause may be unjustified, as it can cause more problems for one or both parties than it solves: it can terminate all previous contracts between the parties. . . .
