Integran has worked as part of a team of lawyers, engineers and planners to negotiate and manage the preparation and implementation of complex development and infrastructure contracts, which include the construction and financing of extensive infrastructure networks to serve early developments in the Rochedale community. The infrastructure agreement has been prepared to adapt to the legislative process within IDAS and the construction of infrastructure to ensure the security of both parties. Integran has also contributed to the preparation of numerous infrastructure contracts for residential and industrial development at a former quarry site in Brendale. The project involves negotiating the extent, timing and costs of the infrastructure with the Council and the Water Infrastructure Authority. .
